Split Base is a small mobile bartending company based in Central Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book our services, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Short version: we collect only what we need to run your event well. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising.
When you fill out a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and event details (date, location, guest count, type of event). This is the information we need to give you an accurate quote and follow up about your booking.
If you access a client portal or staff-facing area of this site, your account is managed through Clerk. We store your name, email address, and role. Passwords are handled entirely by Clerk and we never see them.
This site uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication, managed by Clerk. These cookies keep you signed in to password-protected areas of the site. They are required for those features to work and cannot be disabled.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We use Vercel Analytics (server-side, aggregated, no personal data stored) to understand general traffic patterns.
We use the following services to operate our business. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies.
We retain event and client records as long as they are needed for business operations, tax purposes, or legal compliance. If your event did not move forward, we will typically hold your inquiry data for up to one year before removing it.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will remove what we can while keeping any records we are legally required to retain.
For any privacy-related questions, data deletion requests, or anything else covered by this policy, reach out directly:
events@splitbase.eventsWe may update this policy as the business evolves. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
