Are beverages included in the pricing?

Alcohol is provided by the client. We're happy to advise on quantities and sourcing so you get what you need without overbuying. Split-Base Standard and Top-Shelf Premium include mixers, garnish, and ice.

How does guest count pricing work?

Pricing steps up in 50-guest blocks. If you have 76 guests, you fall in the 51-100 tier. Each tier includes the staffing your event needs. For events over 200 guests, we provide a custom quote.

What about drinkware?

Drinkware is separate from base package pricing. We offer basic disposable ($1.25/guest), premium disposable ($2.50/guest), or rental glassware (custom quote). This keeps your package price clean and gives you options.

Do you require a deposit?

We take a 25% non-refundable planning retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

The planning retainer is non-refundable. It covers planning time, supply ordering, and date reservation. Final balance is due 14 days before the event.

What areas do you serve?

Base pricing includes events within 30 miles of Steelton/Harrisburg. Travel beyond that is $75 (31-60 miles), $150 (61-90 miles), or custom quote (91+ miles).

Are your bartenders insured?

Yes. Every bartender is RAMP certified, and we carry liquor liability and general insurance for your peace of mind.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard includes a polished full-service bar with standard mixers, standard garnish, and up to 2 signature cocktails. Premium adds upgraded craft mixers, upgraded garnish and presentation, up to 3 signature cocktails, and more involved planning and consultation.
