These terms outline how we deliver bartending services and how bookings are handled.
Quotes are based on the details you provide (guest count, duration, location, and package selection). Booking dates are held once a deposit is received and confirmed in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Final balances are typically due 7 days before the event. Custom terms can be provided in writing for specific events.
Clients must provide accurate event details, ensure the venue allows bar service, and comply with local alcohol laws. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unlawful conditions.
Split Base LLC carries general and liquor liability insurance. We are not responsible for damages or incidents outside of our direct control or caused by client-provided products.
